With a growing agenda on the European regulators’ side and increased pressure for companies to comply with the wave of new regulations on traceability, sustainability, environmental topics, packaging, and more, we feel the need to come even closer to the European industry. This will help us better understand Industry needs, grasp opportunities to engage with them, and improve the understanding and positioning of GS1 in Europe. Ultimately, this will support our GS1 Member Organisations in getting closer to their own industry and local stakeholders.

Let’s bridge the gap between GS1 and the industry at the EU level and showcase success stories of how the industry is using GS1 standards today to comply with legal and business requirements.
